A Note From The Founder

I’m Roxanne Lozano, the owner and founder of NTX Training Institute.

I was born and raised in a small town in Texas. Having come from humble beginnings, my parents taught me the value of hard work. Their dream for me was to go to college. I tried to make that work, but it was not made for me.

I decided to go through a training class to become a phlebotomy technician. I have now been a phlebotomist for 11 years and never dreamed it would take me to the places that it has. I have worked at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Cooper Clinic and have managed a team of phlebotomists for a private laboratory. The skills and knowledge I have learned through the years are what I want to pass on to you.

I look forward to you enrolling and starting your story or maybe just writing the next chapter of your career.

Founder & Lead Instructor

“I completed the phlebotomy course. The course was amazing and Roxanne is a great instructor! She’s caring, supportive, funny and makes the material fun to learn! The course itself is very hands on and you will gain the confidence needed to draw quickly! I was thoroughly prepared to pass the exam (and did!!) I loved every part of this life changing experience. I highly recommend this course for anyone.”
