An Easy Guide to NTX Payment Plans & Financing Options

by | Aug 7, 2025 | Payment Options

If you’re looking to enroll in NTX Training Institute’s Phlebotomy or Clinical Medical Assisting programs, we’ve made payment as simple and flexible as possible.

Whether you prefer to pay upfront or break your tuition into installments, we have a plan to suit you, with new options available for 2025, including online financing.

Here are our three basic payment options.

  1. One-Time Payment
  2. Payment Plan
  3. Third-Party Financing through Afterpay

1. One-time payments make things simple.

Make a single payment at the beginning of the program. With this method, you avoid the hassle of scheduling installments.

2. Payment plans through NTX come with staff support and zero interest.

Split your tuition into multiple payments spread out through your course. Our payment plans offer 0% interest, making our programs accessible to anyone who wants to advance their career.

3. Choose financing if you need to pay over a longer period with surprisingly low interest.

For our newest payment option, we offer third-party financing through Afterpay with payment periods as long as 24 months.

Okay, let’s break down your options by training program.

Our two programs have slightly different costs and schedules. Let’s take a look at how they compare.

How to Pay NTX Tuition with Afterpay

If you choose the one-time payment option, you can cover those expenses by using the third-party service Afterpay.

Afterpay allows you to split tuition into smaller payments over time. If you’re concerned about upfront costs, it can be a good option with little risk.

How does Afterpay work?

When you choose Afterpay as your payment method, you’ll find options for 3, 6, 12, and 24-month payment schedules. Three-month periods will have the lowest interest. Twenty-four-month periods will have the highest interest.

  • Interest: Interest rates are based on the financing schedule and other factors, such as credit history.
  • Total Cost: The total cost for phlebotomy and medical assisting will be slightly higher than $990 and $3,000, depending on the payment term you choose. That’s the trade-off that comes with financing.
  • Includes: Seven weeks of coursework (phlebotomy training program) or sixteen weeks of coursework (clinical medical assisting program) with training, textbooks, and learning materials for both.

Afterpay connects to several payment methods.

  • Credit and debit cards from Mastercard and Visa
  • Digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay
  • Checking & Savings Accounts

The approval process is quick.

Each transaction must be approved by Afterpay, but the process is fast and straightforward. They consider several factors, including your availability to spend and your on-time payment history. Compared to traditional career training loan providers, such as banks and credit unions, Afterpay is simpler and faster, offering similar or better terms.

Other considerations for using Afterpay with NTX

  • Afterpay does not report your payments to credit bureaus.
  • You start with a spending limit, which may increase for the better over time.

Get started by downloading the Afterpay app, and feel free to reach out if you need support.

We accept just about every payment method out there.
